If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from date of purchase, no questions asked and money-back guaranteed. Merchandise must be in good condition with the original box, parts and instructions.

If you are not satisfied with the unit performance, scale removal and prevention within 12 months from delivery, please contact us or your authorized supplier, so that we can check that it has been installed correctly. If the performance cannot be improved you may return your unit and we will refund the purchase price in full. We ask that you had it installed and working for a period of at least 90-days for it, to have reached its maximum effectiveness before returning the product.

WLuX is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in shipment.

We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee if the item is not in good condition or parts are missing.

We will issue a refund to your credit card; if you paid by check, you will receive your refund by check. You can also choose to receive a credit toward another purchase.

All WLuX units carry a 10-year guarantee against any manufacturing defect. All WLuX attachments/accessories (AC adaptor, clamps, coil wire, bolts etc.) has a manufacturer`s 3-year guaranty.

If your unit is not working, please contact your authorized supplier or our service center and we can arrange for a replacement unit to be sent to you.

We require proof of payment to process refunds, therefore please ensure that you keep your invoice safely.

Defective items returned within 90 days will be replaced at no cost to you - we pay for shipping expenses on the replacement of defectives.
